About Laura Emily Designs

Laura Emily Designs began in 2018 with a Christmas gift and a little creativity.

While I was in college, I received a Cricut machine and started using it to make personalized gifts for friends and family. What began as a fun hobby quickly turned into something more when people started asking if they could buy the same items. At first, I was making baby onesies, but before long that grew into t-shirts, decals, and other designs for people who wanted something personal and meaningful.

The name Laura Emily Designs comes from my first and middle name, and the “Designs” part represents something that has always been important to me — creating original designs myself rather than just printing what everyone else already sells.

What I Believe In

My goal has always been simple: create high-quality products that make people happy and treat customers the way small businesses should.

Our mission is to create bold, meaningful designs that celebrate hard work, hometown pride, sports families, and the everyday things people are proud of — while providing fast turnaround and customer service that makes every order feel personal.

Instead of trying to offer every product under the sun, Laura Emily Designs focuses on a small lineup of items we can produce quickly and consistently: vinyl decals, apparel, baby onesies, and koozies. This allows every order to receive the attention to detail and fast turnaround our customers count on.

To me, great customer service means people feel like they matter — not like they’re just another order number.

The People We Design For

Two communities inspired many of the designs you'll find here.

The first is the sports community. I grew up playing sports, mainly softball, and I know how much pride families have in supporting their athletes. Many of my designs celebrate the teams, sports, and moments that mean so much to those families.

The second is the truck and blue-collar community. My boyfriend and several of my close family members work in blue-collar trades, and I work full time at a towing company in Allentown alongside my mechanic boyfriend, James. I also drive a GMC pickup myself and love every minute of it, so creating designs for truck lovers and hardworking people comes naturally.

These are the communities I know, relate to, and love designing for.

When I’m not working on new designs, you can usually find me:

  • Driving my GMC pickup
  • Working at the towing company with my boyfriend James
  • Going to Philadelphia Phillies games with my best friend Danielle
  • Helping plan weddings as an assistant wedding planner
  • Or organizing the next big family reunion

I’ve always loved planning, creating, and bringing people together — and this business is another way I get to do that.

Looking Ahead

As Laura Emily Designs continues to grow, my goal is to build a loyal community of customers who know they can count on great quality, fast turnaround, and designs that represent what they love.

One day, I’d love to have a small local shop where people can browse designs in person, or continue growing through pop-up events and community markets.

Until then, everything is still designed and created with the same mindset the business started with: keep things personal, keep quality high, and treat every customer like they matter.
